  • Convenient monthly statements provide you with a full, itemized record of all transactions.All invoices are sent to you with the monthly statement, if any.

 

  • Our year-end statements simplify the job of tax preparation for you and your accountant.

 

  • Move-out inspection upon tenants’ vacating of property.

 

  • Open non-resident number for owners, if necessary.

 

  • Receive, coordinate, and facilitate all necessary maintenance service requests from tenants with a select group of contractors and maintenance personnel.

 

  • We require all of our Tenants to carry a liability insurance policy with minimum coverage of $2,000,000.

 

  • Maintenance records and history of relevant communication regarding your property.

 

  • Our vendors are reasonably priced personnel who will get the job done properly and in a timely fashion.

 

  • We respond quickly to resident requests. All requests will be assessed and acted upon as needed, generally within 24 hours.

 

  • We maintain a systematic follow-up procedure to make sure work is done timely and satisfactorily. This provides better relations with residents and helps to keep them in your property longer.
